Team Banquet May 18th

Our end of year banquet will be held on Tuesday May 18th at 7pm in the cafeteria. All athletes and parents are welcome. Come enjoy some refreshments and reflect on a wonderful season.

Team Pictures

Track team pictures will be on Wednesday March 24th @2:30pm. Meet on the outdoor track.

IMPORTANT Reminder!

All of your fees and paperwork need to be turned in by Monday March 1st. The participation fee is $60 and needs to be paid to the financial office. You need to turn in the try-out checklist form and physical form to Coach Fresques. If you do not have the forms you can pick them up in his office which is located in the Weight Room. These need to be turned in by Monday so we can fill out the eligibility paperwork for the Utah High School Activity Association. If you are not on this eligibility list you cannot compete.

Physicals February 27

If you need a physical, Zenith Family Health clinic will be giving physicals to Westlake athletes on Feb. 27. You need to sign up for a time slot between 8am and 4pm. See Sharon in the copy center to sign up for a time. The physicals are $15.00

Parent Meeting Feb. 18 @ 6:30

Meeting Thursday February 18th at 6:30 in the Lecture Hall (C129). This meeting is for ALL the parents of students who are interested in Track & Field.

Fundraiser!

February 16-March 5 and make a donation to the Westlake Track & Field team. Thanks for your support.

UHSTCA Feb. 5/6 Indoor Meet

The entry fee for the meet is $4.00 per athlete for the first event and $2.00 for each additional event. The entry fees need to be paid to the financial office by the end of school on Wednesday Feb. 3. The bus will leave Saturday morning at 7:30am, don't be late. If you have any questions or concerns please see Coach Fresques. The meet will be held at the Olympic Ice Oval in Kearns (5662 S. 4800 W. Cougar Lane).

Practice

Distance runners practice is everyday @2:45. They will meet in E hall.

Sprinters/Hurdlers/Jumpers/Throwers practice is every Tuesday/Thursday which will begin on Tuesday 1/12/10 @ 2:45, meet at the indoor track!
